Acceptance
By using Kids Radio Online, the user and, for a minor, the parent or legal guardian agree to these terms. A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a child’s use of the service.
The service
Kids Radio Online provides browser-based access to original instrumental music, station playlists, local favorites, a sound pad, and parent settings. Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued.
Permitted use
The public site is for personal, family, classroom, and other noncommercial listening unless the operator gives written permission. Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, scrape at disruptive volume, falsely imply endorsement, or redistribute the complete audio library as a competing product.
Music and brand rights
The included music and original visual assets are licensed to the purchaser or operator of kidsradio.online for use with this website and its direct promotion. See CONTENT-LICENSE.txt in the deployment package. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Parent-enabled sponsor, payment, and social links may lead to third-party services. Kids Radio Online does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, transactions, or privacy practices.
Health and safety
Use a comfortable volume, take listening breaks, and supervise headphone use. The volume cap is a convenience control and cannot measure actual sound pressure, headphone output, or safe exposure for a particular child.
No warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted playback, device compatibility, error-free operation, or that the service will satisfy every legal requirement without operator-specific configuration and review.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply.
