We built the radio to work without knowing who your child is.
Effective date: August 2, 2026. This template must be reviewed and updated with the operator’s real business identity, hosting practices, and configured services before launch.
Privacy snapshot
The default website does not offer accounts, comments, chat, public profiles, uploads, location features, email sign-ups, push notifications, targeted advertising, or third-party analytics. It does not intentionally request a child’s name, email address, phone number, photo, voice, precise location, school, or other personal profile information.
Information saved on the device
Favorites, volume, age-mode filters, motion preferences, timer settings, and parent controls may be stored in the browser’s local storage. This information stays on the device and is not transmitted to Kids Radio Online by the included application code. A parent can erase it from the Parent Zone or through the browser’s site-data controls.
Basic server and hosting logs
The web host or security provider may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, time, and error details to deliver and protect the website. The operator must verify the host’s actual logging, retention, location, and subprocessors and update this policy accordingly.
Children under 13
The default service is designed to avoid collecting personal information from children. Do not add analytics, ad networks, forms, accounts, external media embeds, user-generated content, or other data-collecting features without completing a new children’s privacy review and obtaining any legally required parental notice and consent.
Contextual sponsors and support links
Optional sponsor or support links are disabled by default and appear only in the Parent Zone after configuration. They should be clearly labeled, contextual rather than behaviorally targeted, and reviewed for age-appropriate destination content. External sites have their own privacy practices.
Data sales and behavioral advertising
The included site code does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or run retargeting pixels. The operator must not claim this if they later add services that change those facts.
Security
The package includes restrictive browser security headers, a self-contained asset policy, no database, no file uploads, no public forms, and no authentication system. No website can promise absolute security, so the operator must keep PHP, the server, TLS certificates, backups, and hosting software maintained.
Parent rights and questions
Parents may ask what information the operator maintains, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern by emailing parents@kidsradio.online. Replace this address with a monitored mailbox before launch.
Changes
Material changes should be posted here with a new effective date. When legally required, provide direct notice and obtain consent before using previously collected information in a materially different way.
